This technique was pioneered to replicate hand block printing. This technique celebrates a unique and highly skilled manufacturing method of wallpaper printing. We can be used for traditional and archive designs, or for more modern contemporary designs with metallic and textured finishes such as Coarse Silver or Grit.

We have four Surface / Sur-Flex machines at our factory. One of our machines, able to print up to 12 colours, onto a grounded substrate at 52cm wide and another machine, which can print up to 8 colours, at 68.5cm wide.

Mixing the hand-painted effect of Surface and the fine details of Flexo printing to create unique designs that have a 3D feel to them. Our two Sur-Flex machines have the ability to print 3 colour Flexo, in register with 6 colour Surface or 2 colour Flexo, in register with 7 colour Surface both at 52cm wide.
